Recently serviced my truck , send me list of things need to be fixed. We told them to go ahead and bill was $4500 , repair didn't last even 1km when we asked them to check, they want $1500 deposit even though it's their fault. Also their staff is very rude.
Big Scam with New Trucks Very disappointed with my Volvo FH. The truck has serious engine oil consumption issues, but Volvo says it’s “not a serious problem” — even when oil drops to the lowest level before service while under warranty. They make you frustrated with fill endless forms, reports, and emails, but after providing all documents, zero response. Feels like a big scam. Not recommended at all.
These people are worse in this business. I would never ever come back to this place, and I don’t recommend this service centre to any of my friends or anyone in the Trucking industry. Please do not come here. They will make a fool out of you and the way they behave with their Custmer is even worse They don’t know how to talk to Custmer very unprofessional and very arrogant .
