The staff have been very friendly and have answered questions and been very accommodating and worked things out when I couldn't come in for an appointment.
I got referred by the hospital and Family health services to come to y'all for help on a variety of things and every time I've been turned down and it's something you don't do, never have or quit doing. Could y'all update your sister clinics and let them know so no one gets their time wasted? Happened to me twice.
I was like 6 minutes late to my appointment with WIC and the lady in the office was very rude about it. I even called to say that I would be a few minutes late a know one answered. Her name is Susan I believe. Only putting a star because the lady that actually did our appointment was super nice.
I have been trying to get a food truck / concession stand project licensed for several weeks now. I’ve called health & welfare & left several voice mail messages with the person I was informed I needed to contact … I live in Almo & I have even traveled to Heyburn office two different times & both times the individual I needed contact was out the office on lunch or training. Terrible people made an appointment lady scheduled it for the next day called because didn’t receive the phone call when told so said the lady made it for the next following Monday but she’s been working here for 10 years so I obviously got the times wrong 😂 oh okay not my fault I was told wrong 😑
