Awful customer service, terrible at asking questions and answering the ones we have. Please get someone new the current worker needs to leave.
Apparently it’s ok to pick up the phone, but not answer it. Then I can hear what ever tv show they are watching. Government work at its finest. Oh wow look. A few months later and they are doing it again. Picking up the phone, and then hanging up. Y’all are deplorable over there. Ps I’m calling the number listed here.
