Was there for an hour before deciding to leave. Seen 3 people sign in and get attended while I sat there and waited.
The staff has always been polite and helpful. Have gone to this clinic for coming on 10 yrs.

most unprofessional run medical practice I've ever encountered. Refuses to refill a 10+ year mental health prescription without being seen every 3 months. I'm STILL trying to get my lab results from 3 months ago. Never receive calls back with my results. Does NOTHING digitally in 2023. I was told I have to go in person (it's 30 miles away) to sign a piece of paper to receive my own medical records that I then have to pay for. Medical negligence at its finest.
