I've had SCP for years. Power outages are rare and usually only last a few minutes. I'm very happy to have their service.
Had two batteries changed in my alarm system and regular electric and the bill was 327.30,which was no problem. Next time I look at my bank statement I was being charged 654.60. Both charges was billed twice. I know anyone can make a mistake,but this is the second time this has happened. Everyone knows that most people are living pay check to pay check these days and don't have an extra 327.30 laying around. They are charging outrageous prices for electric. Because the data centers and all the power they have to have to supply them tax free. And want to charge us and punish us instead of making it easy and affordable. Billionaire company's are to greedy and living the high life. So they can charge over 1,500 dollars a year because they can and have no regulations.play the system just like the government does. WE THE PEOPLE !!!! WAKE UP. Oh and if you go solor they get there hands in it too.
****UPDATE **** Since my review on Google, the company did personally reach out and try to work with me on my situation. They definitely did a way better job at caring about personal situations. I cant for the life of me remember the lady's name that called me, but she definitely helped me and made me feel more valued as a customer. Good job! Im barely getting by with the current economy and I make over 30 dollars an hour. After funeral costs my savings were hit and I was back to paycheck to paycheck. I got ONE month behind.
