If I could get negative stars. I would. I have a SCREENSHOT of my bill that was due a day AFTER they disconnected me. After the disconnect, THEY ADD RANDOM FEES AND DEPOSITS TO TURN IT ON. A $240 bill turned into a $640 bill because they added on a “deposit and reconnect fee”. Every person I spoke with was uncooperative and came up with a different amount. I know it’s Friday but the power has been out for 2.5 hours. According to your site 361 homes restored out of 15,513. Let’s get a move on please Edit. We’re now past the 6 hour mark with only 2213 homes restored. That’s 14 percent. Pretty terrible. It’s not like this wind storm wasn’t predicted for a week out.
Imagine being able to run a company where you just don't help people when your service is out. Imagine having a monopoly so that you can just do whatever the heck you want. This place is an absolute joke
They are terrible to worst company to get electric from if you can use another do so !!! They have no care for people on assistance and they refuse to accept any form of program that will help who can’t afford bills that high , and yes they may extend the pay period 2 weeks at best but that doesn’t help you when you can’t even put food on the table for your kids because 300$ more than what the bill should have been and being told oh it’s the weather . Use another company if you can as this one just wants to rob you blind
