Dr. Oberoi is wonderful. He was very informative, attentive, professional, and just an upbeat and kind guy. It was my first time seeing him and he didn’t dismiss me like other doctors have. The other staff are kind as well and very professional. Highly recommend.
I would give a zero if I could. Seeing Dr. Oberoi was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. He did not listen to me. He was dismissive. He did nothing to assist me. He was more helpful to my employer than me. I will never return.
The doctor is great but I’m here to check in today and the clerk at the front desk was helping a gentleman I waited she said she will call me if needed I told her I need to process a payment so she said okay then she finished with the gentleman received a phone call then ask me take a seat she will call me. That’s unprofessional cause what she should have done was assisted who is here and was here first before the phone call.
I love the fact that he really sat down and listen to what I had to say about my problems I had going on with my legs and arm and my back had been going to another doctor for years and he always said your fine there’s nothing wrong with you but I’m glad Dr. Oberol find out what was wrong with me and in so grateful!!!
