This was my first visit to a neurologist in an actual clinic and my only other encounter with any neurologist was very brief and disheartening to say the least. I'm happy to say that Dr. Olberoi and his staff/associates put me right at ease! They are all courteous and professional, while at the same time making you feel welcome. Dr. Oberoi is wonderful. He was very informative, attentive, professional, and just an upbeat and kind guy. It was my first time seeing him and he didn’t dismiss me like other doctors have. The other staff are kind as well and very professional. Highly recommend.
I would give a zero if I could. Seeing Dr. Oberoi was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. He did not listen to me. He was dismissive. He did nothing to assist me. He was more helpful to my employer than me. I will never return.
The doctor is great but I’m here to check in today and the clerk at the front desk was helping a gentleman I waited she said she will call me if needed I told her I need to process a payment so she said okay then she finished with the gentleman received a phone call then ask me take a seat she will call me. That’s unprofessional cause what she should have done was assisted who is here and was here first before the phone call.
