The PA was dismissive, detached and cold, the turn around for a call back is Never. And the heavy set Hispanic front desk lady that has all the sweet snacks by her desk is RUDE.
I'm not at all happy with this place Dr left and I have a new one that told me to call about my own script , I feel as my Doctor she should call in script and discuss what is available , I am not at all happy And can't get a call back
ABSOLUTELY shocking! The kind of medical care that these people give their patients is just beyond appalling! For the last 20 yrs this facility has neglected and failed my family (I do NOT live in Lindsay, OK...I am just the daughter and niece). They were so neglected my relative is now facing potential life threatening risks and possible amputation. I have been coming to see Ginger for years. . I am comfortable with her and the staff there. They are very efficient.
