Although friendly and pleasant I was very unimpressed with service and general competency at this outlet. I needed a new tyre as I had a slow flat. I had the tyre checked and advised a new one was needed. I arranged a week later to do this. On arrival early that morning,the mechanic a) didn't have the tyre b) forced us to wait to check again pointlessly check the tyre, only to repeat that it needed a new one. I went in to book in my Toyota Tarago a few days ago. I saw an elderly lady paying for her car service and the owner came out and spoke to her and explained in detail. As a tradie myself (not a mechanic) I could see this guy was genuine and trying to save the customer money. It's this good genuine treatment of customers, that made me want book in my car. Will see how my repair goes tomorrow.
Excellent, efficient, friendly service for a very reasonable price. I am so grateful to South Central Mechanical for not only servicing our car so beautifully but also being so accommodating of our circumstances. I suggest you book in early - these guys are understandably popular!
I rang around a few mechanics after receiving a quote by VW after a diagnostic. So glad I found South Central Mechanical and spoke to Leon on the phone. He was so helpful and pleasant and asked me to bring my car in for them to have a look. Sean and Leon tried to help me save money and managed to help fix my car at such a reasonable price. I told all my family about this place and everyone was impressed. Thank you.
