I went in to book in my Toyota a few days ago and saw an elderly lady paying for her car service, the shop owner came out and spoke to her and explained in detail. As a tradie myself (not a mechanic) I could see this guy was genuine and trying to save the customer money. It's this good genuine treatment of customers, that made me want book in my car. I was very happy with the repairs and price. Will be back!
