This review will be very much along the lines of most of the others here, but I genuinely cannot rate this business highly enough. After a disappointing experience at my previous mechanic once the business changed hands, I thought I'd give South Central a run at it, and they've exceeded all expectations. Had Shaun as my mechanic for all my cars over the years and he has always done a good job with competitive pricing. Went today and got my timing and serpentine belts changed on my car and since doing it the car already feels better. Thanks for your hard work and wish you all the best.
Honest, reliable, efficient, and great communication. There's a reason for all these positive reviews. Not only do they do their best at the time, they actively consider the longer term situation for the car (e.g., saying when a certain "fix" is unncessary or too costly to be worthwhile), and they always take the time to explain stuff. Businesses that treat their customers this respectfully simply cannot fail. The opposite of price-gauging; they actively try to save you money. As such, I'll keep going back. Fantastic.
