Hannah was very rude and dismissive. Attached herself to an issue with a provider and unprofessional way. Hannah told me I think you're h ving an attitude Greeted while I verified my address with her . Greeted with a dismissive manner and tone when I asked to changed my appointment. This is seen by my family once a year, why would a patient have animosity towards one medical assistant for eleven months out of a year. Made an appointment and left work to be there only for them to tell me price changed from what I expected so I would have to reschedule when they could have told me before I wasted my time and gas.
