I visited the ER Room on 1/20/2026 and I had to go through 4 staff member to locate my husband at the check in desk. Two of the staff member was just sitting around and not doing anything. I had to walk to the other end of the hall to get assistance. I located my husband finally and the care is ok. I had to step outside and I once I came back in another staff member was sitting at the check in desk adjacent to the sliding doors.
