Had an appointment scheduled here this morning at 9 o’clock. I’ve waited hours four people were seen before me. I went to the front desk to ask the lady about why were people being called ahead of me and she told me it was because their problem was more urgent than mine. However, I have had this appointment for two weeks now, the lady was beyond rude. The whole experience was rude. I’m honestly baffled. Discrimination at its finest!
