At south central bank meetings>customers. After 20 years, the moment they legalized overdraft fees federally, they abuse it. Even when my account was in the positive they charged 90$ because it was in the negative technically because I deposited a check that would put me in the positive on Friday. They refunded it but, they gave me lip because I had the audacity to interrupt thier precious meeting all the while my account went back into the negative because of thier fees.
