If you need a bank that has service on weekends so not bank here. There is no management or leadership just little kids that will only do basic transactions. You deserve better than this place.
Let me assure you this bank will not defend you. My debit card number was stolen. Items such as a personalized grill for someone’s teeth were purchased. Sent the packages were sent to my home they deemed I was responsible for this. So if anyone steals your information and sends packages to your home you will have to pay for them. It is past being about the money but the fact when your with someone for 20 plus years and don't dispute anything they will not defend you. I will be closing my 4 accounts. Banked here for years and they have always been so good to me. Gone above and beyond. It’s family owned and you can tell. Plus they started letting you make custom debit cards. That’s so neat!
