DAY 1: Hotel elevators stopped working while young children and family inside. We squeezed through partly open doors while lights flashing and doors closing. Children 2 & 7 years old, handicapped parent up 10 floors. Keys get stuck in locks so doors have to be left unlocked or 5 minutes jiggling of key required. Lap pool on roof, deep, cold so not suitable for young children. Air-conditioning not working and had not worked for a while according to another guest. not a perfect location to stay since it's near the railway. Usually undergoes a lot of maintenance

This accommodation should not deserve any stars. The owner and manager never care about the residents' feelings. They think their decisions prevail. The air conditioning systems are all off for more than a month during summer seasons as they want to replace the units. I've been told to leave and my personal belongings must be clear off the unit for the majority of the weeks, but full rental payments are required and must be paid in advance.
