Rich assessed and resolved the ECM (computer) issues with my 2007 Toyota Matrix. It was a complex issue. He exhibited knowledge, reliability, diagnostic skill and dedication. Qualities that are hard to find in today's workforce. He had to return 3 times since the new alternator, which was one of his recommendations, failed. He also worked Sunday too. I highly recommend him.
Honest and Efficient Auto Repair Service. I had to have an alternator replaced. Rich provided cost options and service estimate up front and brought the part with him. He arrived promptly, worked quickly and clearly explained the issue and repair he was conducting as he worked. Highly recommend!
