I was told by the court magistrate's office to contact legal aid. The receptionist that answered the phone's name is Emily and she is completely rude. When I brought this to her attention she hung up on me just proving my point. I don't know who her supervisor is but she needs more training
I really don't need to know all the legal terms over the answering service, such another waste of taxpayers money. Can't believe being on hold for over 15 minutes told 3 times I was #1 in cue and then hung up on. Guess I'll be calling the politicians tomorrow to see if I can get something accomplished, maybe since it's voting time just around the corner.
Very thankful. I went to SCLS about a child custody case that went on unnecessarily for years with other legal teams that robbed me of thousands of dollars with no resolve. SCLS took my case and got it closed quickly and easily with no complications. I am extremely grateful to find them
