They are the worst. If I could get negative stars I would. I’ve been a member almost 10 years and always kept my accounts good. Recently planet fitness overdrafted my account and I called once I seen it because it wasn’t authorized. The teller told me not to worry I had enough points to cover it. The following month I go to make a deposit and it’s closed. I was told to pay the overdraft and they would open it back. I’ve had the BEST experience banking with SCFU ! From the moment I walked in Nik and his staff treated like family very welcoming. Any questions I had for them they had answers and made sure I understood everything! Opening accounts with them was super simple and easy and quick too! I highly recommend going to see Nik & team they are all great to deal with very very thankful for them!
