Always great customer service
They are the worst. If I could get negative stars I would. I’ve been a member almost 10 years and always kept my accounts good. Recently planet fitness overdrafted my account and I called once I seen it because it wasn’t authorized. The teller told me not to worry I had enough points to cover it. The following month I go to make a deposit and it’s closed. I was told to pay the overdraft and they would open it back. Love the Mauldin location! Morgan, Michele & Jasmine are wonderful, Great customer service skills, patient, kind, knowledgeable! They went above the call of duty will with all our request very patient! Thank you!
