This company has a variable amount of days it takes before they decide when to cut your power. MEANING: They don’t have a cut off time… this month could be past due 10 days and they could cut it off or 45 days before they disconnect. This in my opinion is very unprofessional. I paid 300 April 14th to get my power back on and now May 14th I was disconnected. What’s crazier is I can’t even ask for a payment plan until the 25th when the bill is passed due! I had a potential gas leak at my house and Dominion sent out a technician who arrived in 10 mins. He conducted tests and made some repairs. He did a phenomenal job.

690 sq ft duplex and electric bill is consistently 250 and up a month. Disgusting. And no we use jackets inside in the winter almost no heat no reason.

I live in a 1200 sq ft single story house, please explain how my electric bill could be between $400 and $500 month? I make payments every month, sometimes a week or so late, but I make payments. I was laid off in November and my husband was diagnosed with lung cancer in November. He is receiving chemotherapy and depends on a warm house with running water.
