After almost 2 years as a patient of Dr. Thomas, I want to express how thankful I remain for the excellent care and the friendliness extended to me and my family by all staff. You are the best!!!!
My mother-in-law has been going here since 2020. She gets infusions and sees the PA every time we go I’m told they will call me to make an appointment and they never do and they make the appointment for the wrong time and I’m just supposed to be there. Their scheduling is awful. Don’t go over there.
The office and clinic are great. Their billing is terrible. First bill I got was just an amount and they said I was late and it was going to collections. Took 3 calls to get an itemized bill, but we paid it in full. Now they are sending me late notices for amounts that have already been paid. They simply say "that is what our computer shows." No one to talk with to fix this problem.
My mom goes their for her radiation treatments and the staff is so nice and helpful. They have very caring Dr's and I'm very happy with their service. It's not easy when you have a loved one who is I'll so I'm grateful they tc of her as if she was there mom.
