I like the personal touch and service
When I went to the doctor's office on 3-3-2025 they did blood work on me. Today is now 3-26-2025, and I have not heard anything back from the office. I went there because there was an issue with my blood work. I was told I would hear something in 2 weeks. I have called and called ro get the results, to no avail. When you call, you don't get to speak to a live. person, you have to leave a message on an answering service and wait for them to call you back, please.
