Banked with them for years. Lost my job but had loans I still tried to pay on but due to fees my account went in the negative so they closed my banking account even though I had a credit card and car loan with them making it very difficult to make a payment. Just found out today even if I pay off my car they are going to hold my title due to the other loan. If that isn't illegal it is at least unethical.
