A painless 5-star appointment with Dr. Robertson and his wonderful assistant. I had an implant post put in, and other than a poke with a needle to freeze me up, there was no pain. Dr. Robertson was kind enough to take the time to explain the details of the procedure to me and even explain some of the history of the origin of implants. Nice to have questions answered and feel comfortable with whatever procedure is being done. All in all, a great experience with a lovely group of people at South Calgary Perio. Cheers, Mike
