We love this children’s dentist for both our kids. The place is clean, the staff are thoughtful and the dentist is thorough. My kids love getting little toys and toothbrushes at the end to take home.
Have a great experience here every appointment. They have also been able to fit us in quickly for unexpected appointments. My kid actually likes going to the dentist because of scoped
Highly recommended!! Dr. Chow and her team are amazing at explaining procedures in simple terms so my child understands what to expect. The recommended orthodontic treatment was effective and the progress was evident throughout the process.
We were very disappointed and offended by this business. After our first visit with them they made it clear they were unable to understand and accommodate neurodivergencies, and thus we were not welcome there. They also seemed to be highly in favour of pulling teeth as opposed to other, less invasive ways of creating space, and gave us the feeling they didn't like patients having a say in the treatment, even though the patients are paying for it...
