I had an awful experience at South Calgary Medical Clinic yesterday. One of the doctors (an Asian female doctor) showed absolutely no professionalism or respect during my visit. When I tried to explain my concerns about my stool and gut issues, she brushed them off as if they were minor and unimportant. When I came back to ask about the second surgical clinic she mentioned, she didn’t provide any meaningful details. We've been coming to this walk in clinic for the last 4-5 years, as our family doctor always books appointments about a month out. This South Calgary Medical Clinic is absolutely the best walk in clinic in the city. All doctors we've seen are consistently professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. All the nurses are patient and kind. We've had nothing but good care at this clinic. Especially when my kids were sick, this is the clinic I trust. They don’t answer the phone waited on hold for half an hour before I gave up. absolutely ridiculous.
