Was referred to Southeast Endodontist for Root Canal. The place looked very expensive, and so I found out. I ask if this procedure was covered under the Government Dental Plan? Was told *we don't do direct billing. You pay us and send them the invoice paid*. It was awful experience going there. They were all about the money. They wont even listen to my concern. They want to make money from X-ray again, and exam and they are telling me all the different ways to get money. And reception staff was not as friendly, not polite. Just a worse endodontics office I have been to in my life. Nothing but all ABOUT THE MONEY.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Vessal at South Calgary Endodontics. I required root canal therapy, and I feel truly fortunate to have had her as my endodontic specialist. She dedicated over 90 minutes to treating my tooth with exceptional skill and care. Despite the complexity of the case, the procedure was completed seamlessly. To my surprise, I experienced no pain or discomfort afterward — I only took one precautionary painkiller following the treatment.
