Do not book this hotel. If I could give zero stars, I would. My room was so dirty and run down, I actually felt unsafe staying here. There was urine stains on the sheets, make up on the pillows, what I am pretty sure was faeces smeard on the walls. Pubic hairs on the beds and in the bathroom. The toilet and shower had not been cleaned. The towels were dirty. There was rubbish around the run down pool area, bins were overflowing with alcohol cans. Rooms were tired,lumpy bed, broken tiles, swollen laminates, closet sliding door broken, poorly maintained and restaurant was closed. No housekeeping at all. Place appeared to be more a half way house than a resort.

Initially we were shocked by the rundown playground, the old rooms and the fact the place probably hasn't had a renovation since the 80s. But the pool was clean, the kids had a great time, the staff were helpful and we slept really well. The location was excellent and the children had fun in the McDonald's play area. A sharp knife, some dishwashing liquid and a kitchen cloth would have been handy in the kitchen. Also a small camp bed for an extra bed in the rooms; but otherwise we had a lovely stay.
