Easy, Grant made the whole sales experience Easy. From recommending a sales strategy to completion. Grant knew the market and the best approach to achieving a quick sale. By following his advice we achieved a quick sale and good price for our property. Grant communicated clearly at each point of the process. I have no reservations in recommending Grant to anyone who is intending to sell their property.
Excellent to deal with. Ken knows the area and the market. Was excellent to deal with. We had a goal amd time frame, Ken worked with us to achieve it.
Very unhelpful. Trying to move to the area and staff are slow to process rental applications and don’t communicate. Lost out on several rentals. Won’t assist in finding others. Just sends us to their website. My suggestion is to go elsewhere, if possible, for better customer service. When it comes time to buy we certainly won’t be using this real estate.

Used this real estate back in 2020. Moved up from Melbourne during Covid. Was so easy organising everything still being in Melbourne. Janelle was amazing and so understanding about how hard it was getting things sorted. Moving back to nanango soon after some time in Melbourne again. Really hoping to rent through this agent again. Highly recommend
