We had our carpets cleaned by Mary and she was one of the most understanding people ever. We were doing our bond-cleaning and needed more time so we requested for the carpet to be cleaned at the latest possible time so she came at 6:30 PM. However, due to the waterline not being accessible, she needed to get around the adjacent area but it was dark and she couldn't see anything.
