What a mockery of a vet hospital. The phones are never answered, the doctor seemed beyond incompetent, and the place is beyond chaotic. I spoke to the manager and he smelled like alcohol. This place has to be the worst vet hospital in the lower mainland.
We recently had a new addition to our family, our now 12-week-old maltipoo, Maru. It was our first Veterinary visit with Maru and we were just as nervous, if not more than Maru was. The moment we stepped in through the door, the front desk team was amazing. I can't remember her name, but she was working at the front desk with what seemed like a new hire (he was great too) on July 2, and she was amazing. Friendly staff, was able to take me in for an appointment right away as there was a cancellation
I took my cat here and asked for a senior check up (which includes blood work), which Dr. Lee said she would do. The senior check-up was never done, nor communicated to me. I only found this out after checking the invoice. Perhaps the doctor was too busy, and is usually more reliable, but my experience was extremely poor and I would never return here.
I took my dog here for 10 years. It was pricey, but the staff were excellent, and I wanted to be sure my dog would be in a familiar place if and when she ever had to be put down. That ended last summer. I've never seen a business go down so far, so fast. The care we received on our last visit was pitiful, from the front desk to the veterinarian.
