Cash grab. I got fooled. They are very good at making it look like they are so kind and caring, both the "Doctors" and the staff (in quotes because they're so unethical). I brought my dog to South Burnaby Vet because my usual vet was closed, but also because they were the ones who found my friend's missing dog. All of the staff were amazing. You can really tell that they all care for the animals that come in. I had an emergency for my dog and they were able to squeeze him in immediately. Our Vet, Dr. Maggie (?) was amazing with my dog. We had been longtime clients of South Burnaby Veterinary Hospital and always had positive experiences with Dr. Kates and the team while caring for our first dog, Nano. However, after recently attempting to send a demand letter to South Burnaby Veterinary Hospital, a veterinary clinic operated by VetStrategy, the delivery was refused.
