They helped me when my dog was at the end of his life. They treated Sammie and I with care and compassion.
I was a customer for years and years and years when the hospital wasn’t run by a corporation, and the managers were compassionate and caring and not rude. Since Vet Strategy has taken over this business and if you care for your pet, please don’t take your animals to this clinic. I came to South Burnaby Veterinary Hospital for the first time with my cat Xiaobao due to severe conditions. Dr. Ola and the staff here were incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. She examined Xiaobao's condition and explained in depth the possible causes as well as multiple solutions and preventative measures. They were very upfront about costs before proceeding with anything and contacted other specialty hospitals for quotes.
