I was fully unaware this was now owned by a corporation. I had been bringing my 2 dogs here for almost 10 years. In the last month I have unfortunately needed vet care for both my senior dogs. And nearly immediately noticed a big difference in the lack of organization but also lack of knowledge regarding my pets past medical history. They helped me when my dog was at the end of his life. They treated Sammie and I with care and compassion.
I was a customer for years and years and years when the hospital wasn’t run by a corporation, and the managers were compassionate and caring and not rude. Since Vet Strategy has taken over this business and if you care for your pet, please don’t take your animals to this clinic. They’re all about charging you excessive amounts of money with no care or compassion. The manager at the time blatantly lied to me and then tried to cover her tracks.
