Always a great experience. The people in the service department are kind and friendly. There is a great waiting area with snacks, drinks, dogs, and stellar wifi. They send a video overview of your car with details of the service, so you can see the issues and know exactly what is going on. I'm always pleased and impressed with this team!
Very attentive service department, transparent, friendly, thorough and on-time!
I have given two other Mazda service centers the highest ratings, but not the one in South Burlington. I arrived on time for a service appointment I had scheduled weeks prior to get new tires for my car. One of the staff, Lisa, had contacted me to ensure we had the right tires ordered and that they would be there for my appointment. Sure enough, when I arrived (35 minutes to get there on a work day), there were no tires. Lisa BLAMED ME for confirming the tire purchase on her day off, and she had not yet checked that email. Front end alignment. The ladies at the service desk were super pleasant and the tech that did the work was polite and sent a video with details.
