I had a really disappointing experience with this shop. I brought my car in expecting honest work and clear communication, but that’s not what I got. First, the pricing was not transparent. I was quoted one thing and ended up being charged significantly more without proper explanation or approval. On top of that, the timeline they gave me was way off—what should have taken a day turned into several days with little to no updates unless I called repeatedly.
