Ok, stop the presses, these exceptionally lovely people at South Bruce Flooring have the nicest product, and best customer service I’ve ever experienced by far in regards to hardwood flooring. This is the second time we have had the absolute pleasure working with them. We renovated a home we previously owned and the hardware flooring was the real darling of the project. Wish I could leave 0 stars. Terrible communication. Ignored emails but when sherena would get back we’re told it would be done on this date, the time would come and nothing…. C be almost 2 months later order hasn’t even been started. Asked for deposit back because I'm looking elsewhere. Was wanting to support local but they do not seem to want the support. Sherena is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Very good business for getting the right trim and flooring.
