Wouldn't order ever again from South Bruce Flooring. This quality was crap, boards all different widths and the joints not square. The installers they recommend on the website are amazing tho, did the best they can.
As a hardwood flooring installer and refinisher for the last 20 years it gives me pleasure to say that this family run Canadaian company has the best service and product ....and most importantly to me if a issue arises they are there to pick up the phone and help solve this ...end result makes for a awesome floor a happy customer...thankyou South Bruce flooring
Ok, stop the presses, these exceptionally lovely people at South Bruce Flooring have the nicest product, and best customer service I’ve ever experienced by far in regards to hardwood flooring.
