Ok, stop the presses, these exceptionally lovely people at South Bruce Flooring have the nicest product, and best customer service I’ve ever experienced by far in regards to hardwood flooring. Wish I could leave 0 stars. Terrible communication. Ignored emails but when sherena would get back we’re told it would be done on this date, the time would come and nothing…. C be almost 2 months later order hasn’t even been started. Asked for deposit back because I'm looking elsewhere. Was wanting to support local but they do not seem to want the support. Sherena is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.
