Was seen quickly, staff were friendly and efficient and the building was clean and well laid out
I was at the hospital yesterday ( 4/11/25) as part of my job, and had a bit of a episode feeling really unwell. I would like to thank the staff on ward 100 for the help they gave me, you we're all very helpful and caring and a credit to your profession and the hospital. Again very much appreciated See you all on my next duty 👍😀
Very friendly and efficient staff and service, from 111 referral to triage to x-ray and further support. A big thanks to Helen and Iris for making what felt like a scary situation very easy and painless!
Hospitals in general and for that GPS surgery's always seem empty with lots of staff about. I hope one day someone can help to get the NHS running the way it should, this could be a good Hospital but in my opinion it needs more patience to be seen and care given, after all that's the mantra they operate under.
The medical care itself may have been fine, but the woman at the triage initial assement front desk staff was rude and dismissive, making me feel belittled for seeking help. No one should feel judged for taking care of their health, this definitely needs improvement
