I called Russell needing emergency repairs carried out following a break in to a commercial site. Repairs were carried out the same day and updates, invoices and images were all sent through straight away. Would definitely recommend these guys to anybody!
I highly recommend Russell and his team. My 120+ year old brick chimney was leaking copious rainwater into my roof space. Russell identified the root cause (severely eroded chimney crown), proposed a number of economical and innovative repair methods, and conducted repairs that were sensitive to the building's heritage (including refurbishing the original chimney caps) whilst also making some subtle, practical improvements upon the original. The job was more complex than initially visible, at every step I was consulted and informed of the work required. The innovative approach used enabled me to live in the house without significant disruption as the damage was approached from the outside saving the only bathroom and significant additional cost.
