I highly recommend Colby and his team. His prices are fair and honest and does excellent work.
After Lightning struck my house and caused electrical problems to my a/c, South Breeze came quickly and got me working again. Colby is knowledgeable, professional with reasonable prices. I appreciate how he communicated with me about when to expect the his arrival and ordering the parts needed for repair. Thanks for keeping us cool this summer!
I highly recommend Colby for anything HVAC. He has been so great to work with: professional, respectful, patient, and just an all-around great guy who knows what he is doing. Colby has serviced our system for 2 years and when we had a leak in our evaporator coil on one of the units, Colby was all over it and helped us get it fixed promptly for a very reasonable price so that our children would have AC in their rooms given the hot temps
