I am impressed with their incredible service, speed and kindness. Before I even made it to the door, a gentleman took my tire and told me he'd get it fixed up. Just after I sat down he tapped on the window and called me out to the shop. Though I had tried for hours, he had it back on the rim and pumped up in two minutes. He wouldn't accept payment. I will drive across three states to buy my next set of tires from this business.
The help me out of a tight spot with a bad tire on very short notice,, as someone who was just simply traveling through on a long trip I'm extremely grateful
We were on a family vacation in the area and noticed that one of our tires had a bulge in the sidewall. I called around and no one was able to source replacement tires, but South Branch was willing to install tires if I had them delivered from Tire Rack. The tires arrived on time (thankfully) and South Branch installed them within an hour and for a reasonable price. I appreciate their help getting our car back on the road in time to drive home (safely).
Great service, good people, readonable prices. The gem of Moorefield.
