Top Notch Service! We appreciate reminders and being able to schedule all of the visits to fit our schedule. Scheduling a pick-up time for Rx medication at the hospital is very convenient AND we also utilize the online pharmacy for Rx meds and food our dogs need delivered free to our door! The veterinarians and staff are the best around. We have been taking our pets to SBAH for 8 years since we moved to WV and we are very thankful we found them to provide superior veterinary care to our 5 adopted rescue schnauzers. DB
I've been using South Branch Animal Hospital for two years now & have been very pleased with the care my dogs & cats have received. When my beloved ACD was critically ill, they showed dedication & compassion in her final days, and did everything they could diagnose her problem & to ease her suffering. Always willing to respond to my questions in a timely manner, I feel they committed to their clients.
I am a loyal client of the animal hospital and have felt comfortable with my pets coming here since they have been open. The one doctor saved my dogs life after another veterinarian locally left a surgical sponge in place. B. Christensen submitted to our office 2/2013.
I am very happy with the consistent care my pets receive at the South Branch Animal Hospital. The doctors have true concern, they have helped me with numerous emergencies after regular hours and have always called back as soon as available to address my concerns after hours. The staff are friendly. My cat and dogs get groomed at South Branch Animal Hospital I have nothing but kind things to say of the groomer Lisa Crites.
