We had a hard time finding replacement parts for our zero turnmower, they were able to get them for us and help us with everything we needed! The gentleman in the parts department was a tremendous help!
I was really in a bind today; One of our carts used to move heavy roofing material had a dry rotted valve stem and broke. With that down, we were at a major standstill. I came to true value hunting for a new tire. The gentleman that runs the tire shop came out and took a look at it. He had me back in business within 10 minutes. He also taught me a little something about dry rotting and signs that a tire/wheel needs attention. His willingness to help me saved my day. Excellent service! The part I needed was in stock. In and out in minutes. Was asked if I needed help by the two staff inside, as well as a staff member out back. Impressive!
Took mower there for repair a month ago with knowledge they was a 2 week backlog. After 2 1/2 weeks called and was told it was on schedule for the next Monday. Called back Wednesday and was told it was on schedule for following day. Called again on Saturday Labor Day weekend and was told they started on it Fri. Called Tue and was told pars were in mechanic was off and would work on it Wednesday.Called Thursday and was told parts were ordered. Now it’s sat and still no answer when it will be done.
