I bought my Scag 52" deck zero turn from this location and couldn't recommend a better True Value Hardware. Top notch customer service as well as very competitive prices and they offered a military discount.

We drove close to an hour just to go to this store! We needed blades for our zero turn mower and the staff at this store always go above and beyond to help us. On this particular occasion we had bought the blades and the gentleman asked if we wanted a ball cap for each of us and we said yes. He also asked what size shirts we wanted and presented us with two t-shirts as well! Of course we had bought two mowers and get any repairs done at this store but they always make you feel welcome! We had a hard time finding replacement parts for our zero turnmower, they were able to get them for us and help us with everything we needed! The gentleman in the parts department was a tremendous help!

I was really in a bind today; One of our carts used to move heavy roofing material had a dry rotted valve stem and broke. With that down, we were at a major standstill. I came to true value hunting for a new tire. The gentleman that runs the tire shop came out and took a look at it. He had me back in business within 10 minutes. He also taught me a little something about dry rotting and signs that a tire/wheel needs attention. His willingness to help me saved my day. Excellent service! The part I needed was in stock. In and out in minutes. Was asked if I needed help by the two staff inside, as well as a staff member out back. Impressive!
