Mike and Trevor are a great example of people who genuinely love working with automobiles, value customer loyalty, and aren't in it to generate revenue for distant executives. We have been transitioning away from a very good mechanic (Elder's Auto) that had sold the business to what we have discovered is a very bad company (Big Brand). Mike has worked hard to fix some quite bad repairs, and we look forward to sending our vehicles to South Birch whenever possible.
Couldn’t be happier with my experience. A minor fix needed and no extra fees or costs or them coming at me with a millions other fixes. Will be coming back.
Great shop with honorable men. They point out your car parts and explain concepts to you in detailed manner. They care about you and your car. Most honest and reliable car shop I’ve ever been to.
