The cost to use the pool is phenomenal, as are the size of the pools and the staff is very friendly! HOWEVER, my rating reflects a DIRTY pool and a rule that the complex has of no food or drinks in the pool area. I can agree with food portion, however I was told today I couldn’t even have a water bottle, or a water jug. This met with 98 degree heat is a disaster waiting to happen, which is exactly what someone else experienced, prior to leaving someone fell out due to the heat. I think the complex had room to improve.
Seems like a nice pool but the staff is TWEAKIN! adults can’t use a pool float only kids?!? They sell lemonade outside for $8 but u can’t drink it inside the pool area?!? The staff is super corny and they just seem to wanna spaz on ppl. Weirdo energy for sure
We went today and didn’t enjoy it at all the People who work there were very Rude!!!! They were not friendly with kids at all and really didnot care about anyone but themselves!!!! Upon entry the staff didn’t greet us !!! We won’t be coming back ‼️ There hours online are not based of the pool !!!!
First time here. Its a great place for a day out with kids. Inside the facility looked clean but we only used the pool. The pool is $1 per person to enter. That's awesome. They accept card and cash. Pool have different lanes and depths. Depths ranging from 2 ft to 6 ft. The staff said that to enter the deeper ends they'd have to watch you do a swim test. Life guards posted on each end.
