It's been a great overall experience! It's under new ownership and they have been really responsive and super helpful. If you need affordable storage units in Rexburg, this is the spot!
The customer service isn’t very helpful and we got stuff stolen from our unit. Just not a good experience besides the cheap price.
Best storage units around!!
I am honestly not even sure this place is even still running. There is no office and the number they gave me was super sketchy. I called multiple times and it transferred me to a different person every time. I DO NOT recommend trying to get a storage unit here.
