They will deny you medical care if you are not 30 minutes before your appointment but will make you wait up until an hour after your scheduled appointment. They just tell you oh sorry guess you should have been here too bad even though I was still 15 minutes early to an appointment that takes 10 minutes maximum, which I know because I have been going here for over 4 years now and somewhere in the last 6 months they developed an issue with it. I was a patient of Dr.Bjork for a long time treating my seizures caused by my brain damage from the surgical removal of my malignant tumors. I have no complaints about the Dr himself although his office manager Jody is rude and made it impossible to get labs orders faxed to memorial hospital in South Bend after I reported having seizures when the Dr wanted to know if I was medicating myself properly. Then when I called to complain she got me released as a patient to go find someone else to help keep me alive on my own.
Stellar care. Thorough, careful exam. Answered all questions, and prompt followup. Really nice people!
