As a customer, this has been the most frustrating experience I have ever dealt with. I ordered curb edging in May 2020. Understanding that with the current pandemic they were 4-6 weeks delayed. By the end of that 6 weeks I reached out to get a status. I was told by Don Zimmerman that they would ship my product the same week (That was June 17th). After waiting a couple of weeks and not seeing any product or shipping notifications, I reach out again and was told they would ship the same week. This has now went on for over 2 mo... read more
Slow slow slow slow 5 hairs I’m waiting
I love their SnapPad product. I use them on my 5th wheel Grand Design trailer. When I had an issue with my snap pad, I reached out ti them and Barbara Wilson contacted me right away and took care of issue. She was courteous and prompt in her responses and solved my issue within the hour. That’s the kind of customer service that makes customers continue to use the product. They stand behind their product! Thank you Barbara for all your help!!
