Worse place you can go to for assistance. People are rude, they do not communicate properly. They are ran by Friends and family and they all are linked together, Finance department stealing people's Checks and then wanna throw them out and give them a 30 day notice, worst ever 0/10 please never go here for assistance they will treat you like the scum of the earth.
The front desk is a young lady that is pretty rude. She makes faces when you explain your situation and directs the conversation to I Don’t Know. No type of etiquette and useless.
Management is bad horrible service. They will tow your car anytime for no reason. There is no signage that says anything about resident parking only and no overnight parking. No signage about the tow company so if your car is towed there’s no way to tell where it is or what company towed it. Shady money hungry people all around.
Zero stars!!! Horrible. Handicap discrimination to the MAX . They do not care!
