I heard some bad stuff about this place!
I just wish they had people that knew how to truly work with people of all walks of life, and handle cases, case by case instead of being so mean, condescending, and dismissive! To get ahold of a superior seems to be not even an option! Some of the case managers just seem to strongly dislike their jobs, and treat you like what they’re doing for you is a favor! Worse place you can go to for assistance. People are rude, they do not communicate properly. They are ran by Friends and family and they all are linked together, Finance department stealing people's Checks and then wanna throw them out and give them a 30 day notice, worst ever 0/10 please never go here for assistance they will treat you like the scum of the earth.
