Told me 3 different times my insurance was accepted but then billed me out of network costs! They charged me $260 to speak with dermatologist for 2 minutes and to get free samples of cerave moisturizer! No real solution to my face issues at all as they gave me over counter cerave mosturizer that resolved nothing! Seems everyone working front desk is incompetent and has no idea what they are doing! Dermatologists seem same as well!
Staff was great, but the wait time of 45 minutes after the appointment time was poor despite showing up 15 minutes early. My spouse told me that this has never been her experience so your milage may vary. Top notch service but be prepared to wait. Update: I was contacted by South Bend clinic. A sincere apology was offered and I was also promptly helped with an unrelated healthcare issue. Very impressed and grateful for the follow up.
While the staff was friendly, I was disappointed with the wait time. I arrived at 3:10 PM for my 3:30PM appointment, but after waiting about 30 minutes, I went to the front desk to ask if I had been forgotten. The receptionist informed me the doctor was running behind, but there was no apology or notice beforehand.
