My Notre Dame senior had to find an out of state dermatologist and just saw Dr. Garcia for the first time today. she had nothing but praise for the entire visit. Dr. Garcia was very engaging and took time to get to know my son and explain everything to him. My son says the entire staff was amazing! Thank you!!!
I highly recommend the Dermatology Clnic. I get the best care from receptionists to the surgeon, but especially Devon, Dawn, Bonnie, Hope, nurses Amanda, Stacie, Stephanie, NP Caroline and Dr. Harris. I have skin cancer and go in for procedures or surgery every two/three weeks and everyone is friendly, caring, accommodating and dependable.
I have been a patient at the South Bend Clinic Dermatology for about 2 years now. Dr. Garcia is an amazing doctor and has cleared my acne up tremendously, but I haven’t seen him for over 4 months due to the front desk staff needing to reschedule twice, then canceling and not notifying me until the time of my appointment at the front desk, and most recently, the front desk didn’t properly check me in so I sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes only to be told I can’t be seen because he was “too booked out” when I saw his... read more
The office staff is very rude and disrespectful, the office manager should be fired, I have called 3 times and asked politely for a return call, she never returned my call. I like my dermatologist Dr Andrew very much, however I am changing doctors because of their horrible staff.
Four years ago I had a consultation there about my acne scars. I had cystic acne as a teen and was very self conscious about them. I was told by the doctor that c02 laser treatment would dramatically help my scars. I was so excited and grateful for the news, I rushed to get on the schedule.
