Weight loss clinic patients, be VERY careful to confirm if each provider is in-network, and ask about charges ahead of time. A dependent family member received ancillary weight loss clinic services that we assumed were in-network; the clinic knew which insurance plan we had and didn't warn us that some providers were out-of-network.
