Be very wary of renting here. Beach Properties HHI manages quite a few of these. The pool is STILL not open. The Marina pool has been closed for two years. From speaking to two other renters, their experience was the same. They were misled about the pools, the cleanliness, the amenities, the beds, the linens. The management company is owned by a very powerful real estate lawyer in Hilton Head so good luck trying to be compensated for being misled. There's your warning.
Over priced
Nice, larger condos at South Beach. Great for extended family time. Located within walking distance of the Salty Dog Cafe & South Beach Marina, as well as the Sea Pines Trolley stop.
