My car was leaking fluid. Loren took the timetable show me where the problem was. He worked hard to get the parts and get it repaired as quickly as possible. I appreciate the time and excellent service.
My license plate lights went out awhile back and I was dreading having to fix them because it's electrical. I did the normal check and replace lights and fuses to no avail. I haven't drove at night in a long while and needed my license plate lights I can't afford tickets. I called several places around the area and no one would even diagnose my car. I called and explained to Juge what was going on and she made me an appointment in 3 days gave me a straight quote and was super informative she knows what she is talking about. ... read more
Brakes were completely gone after going over passes from NE. It was after closing Thursday. I thought for sure I would have to wait until Monday just to get car looked at. Called Friday morning they said bring it in, had it there quick!!! They diagnosed, had the parts and I had the car by 5. Answer to prayer. Or whole vacation depending on that car. I don’t know if it was reasonably priced. They accept Affirm so I was able to pay that day!!! Praise God!!’
Drove down from Bellingham and upon arriving in town, our alternator went out. Luckily we found South Beach towing fast before the car died. They provided us with a loaner car, recommendations for lunch and said come back in 2 hours. Car was ready, price was very fair and the staff was exceptionally kind! :-) Nice to see great customer service is still around. Thank you Juge and staff for saving our trip!!!!
Really great people and did a great service!!!
