always friendly staff. Clean facility
I have been coming to this salon on & off the last 3+ years. I have always enjoyed the quality of the beds, and the cleanliness of the salon. I work in the industry so I understand the heavy markup on lotions, and I have made purchases here before. However, recently the staff have gotten very pushy about selling lotions. I'm sure they're just doing their jobs but going as far as to check my account every single visit and comment on the amount of time since I last purchased lotion and even going as far as to try to "forbid' o... read more
I have went there and spent thousands of dollars over the years to tan. Then all of a sudden Ashley decides to make up rules about having to purchase lotion from only them and made a note on my account because I was informed of this by a store employee at another store, who also said they buy theirs online too because it is way cheaper. I was told by Ashley, that unless I purchased lotion from their store I could no longer tan there!
