Terrible customer service. I purchased a package from the Winter Garden location and that in and of itself was somewhat high pressure sales. You will be pushed to buy a package and lotion. Beware the beds spray liquid on you and I wasn't informed of this. I developed a rash after my visit and contacted South Beach tanning for a refund (less the one visit I used) and I received an unkind reply about how I didn't achieve the desired result because I didn't use their lotion and that I would not be refunded.
