Laid back, quiet, and clean. super knowledgeable about the products, which is more, than I can say about other tanning salons. Everyone who works here is friendly... Which is what you should get when you are taking a few minutes for yourself in a hectic day. Two thumbs up for South Beach Tan!
SBTC is the best salon I've ever been too. I've tried many and this one blows the rest out of the water! Many choices of beds to choose from and lots of very moisturizing lotions! Love love love this salon!
I love this salon! Very clean and they have best prices in University area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They know a lot about their beds and are very smart about tanning. I've tanned other places in Huntersville and University area but nothing compares to their quick & friendly service and knowledge on the lotion & beds. Best place to relax while getting a nice tan.
Doesn't even deserve one star!! Stole my money after canceling, refused to give me a refund, and even wrote me a rude email in response to my complaint. Do not use this company!!!!
This place is great! I love the quick and friendly customer service. Their prices are relatively fair, and they always have specials going on. I really liked that they weren't pushy about signing me up for a membership or having to buy a bottle of lotion. But when I eventually did buy a bottle, a brand I hadn't used before, I was pleasantly surprised. I'd definitely recommend trying them out if you're looking for a tanning salon in the University area.
They are super cool...and make you feel relaxed while you are tanning. Plus they give you water.
Cheap prices, but also cheap quality and sub-par customer service. Would not recommend.
